Data Deletion.

This page explains how to delete your Kualy® account and every piece of data associated with it, including the lead data captured through WhatsApp, and how long it takes.

1. How to request it

Write to getkualy@gmail.com from the email address on the account, with the subject “Data deletion”. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we proceed, so that nobody else can delete your account.

We confirm the request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will get a written confirmation once it is done.

If you want to keep a copy of your leads, ask for the export in the same email and we will send you a CSV before deleting anything.

2. What gets deleted

• Your account: name, email and authentication credentials.
• Every lead in your CRM, along with their profiles and AI scores.
• The full history of WhatsApp conversations stored by Kualy.
• Your bot configuration and business context.
• The access token linking your WhatsApp number to Kualy, which is revoked as well.

3. What does not get deleted, and why

• Your WhatsApp Business account. It lives in your own Meta account, not in ours. Deleting Kualy disconnects it; to delete the number itself you do that from Meta Business Settings.
• Billing records. Invoices and payment records are kept by Stripe and by us for the period Mexican tax law requires. They contain no lead data.
• Anonymised analytics. Aggregate usage counts that cannot be traced back to you or to any lead.

4. If you are a lead, not a customer

If you wrote to a business that uses Kualy and you want your data removed, you can write to us at getkualy@gmail.com and we will forward your request to that business, who is the data controller. You may also ask us directly to delete the conversation and the automated score we hold about you.
